Pineapple Chutney Recipe

1 ripe pineapple (cut into small pieces)
200 g sugar
finely ground raw ginger
1 tablespoon garlic (finely ground)
1 ½ teaspoons vinegar

Method
1. Prepare the Ingredients:
Peel and cut the pineapple into small chunks. Gather all other ingredients.
