10 ripe mangoes (peeled and diced)
500 g sugar

Method
1. Prepare the Mangoes:
Peel the mangoes and cut them into small pieces, discarding the seeds.
2. Cook the Mango Mixture:
In a saucepan, combine the mango pieces, sugar, and a pinch of salt.
Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mango chunks become soft and tender.
3. Separate the Mango Chunks:
Remove the softened mango chunks and set them aside.
Continue cooking the remaining juice in the saucepan until it thickens to a syrup-like consistency.
4. Add Wine:
Just before taking the syrup off the stove, stir in a splash of wine for added flavor.
5. Combine and Store:
Pour the thickened mango syrup over the reserved mango chunks and mix gently.
Let the jam cool before transferring it into clean, airtight jars.
